When do your tours operate?

  • Our season is April-November (weather permitting).

  • Indy Beer Mile is available in the following time slots:
    Tuesday-Thursday & Sunday: 12:00pm-4:00pm, 4:30pm-8:30pm
    Friday & Saturday: 12:00pm-4:00pm

Do you offer alternate tour times?

If requested, we may adjust our tour time in a special case scenario. For example, if you book a private tour, or, if you happen to be the only group booked for that day. Please ask if you need an adjusted time and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do I need to book in advance or just show up?

We ask reservations be made at least 4 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee last minute bookings.

Will other people be joining our group?

Yes. Unless you book a private tour, other groups are open to join and you may have the opportunity to make new friends!

Do you offer group discounts?

Our private tours are available at a flat rate. The price is automatically designed to give a lower per person rate as your group size increases.

What is your maximum capacity for large groups?

We can accommodate up to 15-20 people per tour (depending on the tour). If you have a larger group, we recommend contacting us regarding our custom tours and event planning services.

How long is the tour?

  • The Indy Beer Mile lasts approximately 3.5-4 hours.

  • The walking portion is about one mile in length accumulatively.

How long do we stay at each stop?

There are 4 stops on the Indy Beer Mile. We spend approximately 45 minutes at each location. The Indy Beer Mile includes small plates of food and generous beer tasting samples but if you’d like to order additional food and beverages you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy!

Do I need to bring anything?

We suggest you wear comfortable walking shoes, bring a hat or sunglasses, bottled water, and an umbrella (in case it looks like there’ll be light rain). Don’t forget your photo ID!

Do you offer refunds?

We offer full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Last minute customer cancelation (within 24 hours) and “no-shows” are not entitled to a refund. Private tours may be offered a partial refund.

Do you offer food substitutes for dietary restrictions?

If your tour includes food, while we will try our best, we cannot guarantee dietary accommodations.

Do you offer beer tasting sample substitutes if i don’t like a certain style?

Yes, absolutely! Just let us know your preference before the day of your tour and we will note the change.

Am I required to tip my tour guide?

While tips are never expected, they are greatly appreciated!
