When do your tours operate?

  • Our season is March-November (weather permitting).

  • Days and times vary by tour.

What happens if it’s supposed to rain?

Tours happen rain or shine, so please check the weather and come prepared. Tours may be canceled in cases of extreme weather.

Do you offer alternate tour times?

If requested, we may adjust our tour time in a special case scenario. For example, if you book a private tour, or, if you happen to be the only group booked for that day. Please ask if you need an adjusted time and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do I need to book in advance or just show up?

We ask reservations be made at least 4 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee last minute bookings.

What happens if I show up late to the tour?

We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in. The tour will begin promptly at the designated start time as we have a schedule to keep. If you are late, you may miss the beginning of the tour. Showing up excessivly late may result in your missing the tour completely.

Will other people be joining our group?

Yes. Unless you book a private tour, other groups are open to join and you may have the opportunity to make new friends!

Do you offer private tours?

Yes. Private tours are great for corporate events, business meetings, team building, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, etc.

What is your maximum capacity for large groups?

We can accommodate up to 15-20 people per tour (depending on the tour). If you have a larger group, we recommend contacting us regarding our custom tours and event planning services.

How long is the tour?

All tours last approximately 3.5-4 hours.

How long do we stay at each stop?

We spend approximately 45 minutes at each location. Tours include small plates of food and generous beer-tasting samples. If you’d like to order additional food and beverages you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy!

Do I need to bring anything?

We suggest you wear comfortable walking shoes, bring a hat or sunglasses, bottled water, and an umbrella (in case it looks like there’ll be light rain). Don’t forget your photo ID!

Do you offer refunds?

We offer full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Last minute customer cancelation (within 24 hours) and “no-shows” are not entitled to a refund. Private tours may be offered a partial refund.

Do you offer food substitutes for dietary restrictions?

If your tour includes food, while we will try our best, we cannot guarantee dietary accommodations.

What beer-tasting samples do you offer on the tour?

Most beer samples are pre-determined. Venture out and try something new! Substitutions may be considered.

Am I required to tip my tour guide?

While tips are never expected, they are greatly appreciated!
